The Care Quality Commission (CQC) has rated domiciliary home care provider Pearl Home Care Ltd as Good.

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) has rated Saxondale Nursing Home in Barnsley as Good following an inspection in January 2026.

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) has completed their assessment of services provided by Nucare Group Ltd and has rated them as good in the following categories, Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well Led.

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) has rated Wakefield Supported Living at High Stone Road, Barnsley as Good following an assessment in August 2025.
Wakefield Supported Living is run by Community Integrated Care and provides care at home including personal care and supported living across several locations.

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) has rated Water Royd Nursing Home in Gilroyd as Good following an inspection in September 2025.
Water Royd Nursing Home is run by Maria Mallaband Limited providing personal and nursing care for up to 65 adults some of who are living with Dementia.

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) has rated Community Places in Great Houghton as Good following an inspection in August 2025.
