Lesley has over 20 years’ experience working in the community sector and more than eight years’ experience with local Healthwatch. She is passionate about helping people share their experiences and making sure their voices are heard. Lesley is committed to ensuring that everyone is listened to, treated with respect, and supported with dignity.

Chloe Webster - Community Voice Officer

Chloe joined Healthwatch Barnsley in May 2021, with over 15 years of experience in the health and social care sectors. She has extensive knowledge in both operational and community-focused roles. With a strong commitment to improving lives. Chloe thrives in environments where they can engage directly with individuals, providing personalized care and support. Her passion lies in working face-to-face with people, building meaningful relationships, and making a tangible impact on their well-being.  Chloe’s role is to go out into the community, including attending groups and events, to spread awareness about the work Healthwatch Barnsley does both locally and nationally. She also gathers feedback on NHS and Social Care services in the area.

Amanda Howard - Community Voice Officer

Amanda joined the Healthwatch Barnsley Team in June 2026 and has a wide range of experience working in local health and care services  Come back soon for more details.

Samuel Ibekwe - Community Voice Officer

Samuel has recently joined the team and we are working on his bio which we will share here shortly
